The official conference venue for 2024 is the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai.

++ All room rates are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and includes current local taxes, hotel service charges and breakfast. There is no additional “Resort Fee”.

The JW Marriott Marquis Standard/Deluxe Room is 44 sqm (473 sqft) large in 1 King-Bed or 2 Double-Beds configuration.

Daily breakfast and wifi are included.
Nights before or after the event dates of May 26th to May 29th, are at an additional USD 35/night.

Extending your stay:

The negotiated rates above for the 2024 IFLN Dubai Conference are valid for 3 days before and after above dates – based on hotel availability (book early!)

Hotel Billing:

Hotel accommodation will be billed by IFLN to the attending member directly; a credit card at check-in is only required for room incidentals. Rooms are only final confirmed when booked and paid for by member. Please note that even though the hotel property is part of Marriott’s Bonvoy program, your stay on the event rates will not earn you Bonvoy points or credit towards your qualifying stays status.

Check-in and out:

Hotel check-in is at 15:00 hrs (3 pm). If rooms are requested prior to check-in time (early check-in), they will be accommodated based on availability at no additional charge by the hotel. Any guest wishing to guarantee an early check-in will have the option to pay for booking an extra night.

Hotel check-out time is at 12:00 hrs (Noon/12 pm).

Changes to hotel check-in and out dates:

Changes to the pre-selected check-in and out dates can be accommodated until May1st, 2024.
Any change after May1st shortening the original length of stay cannot be accommodated with a return of funds paid.  Any changes after May1st adding extra nights to the original length of stay will be requested by IFLN and confirmed based on hotel availability (and billed by invoice accordingly).

Shipping of promotional material:

There is limited storage available at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Any shipments arriving more than one day prior to the conference dates, should be send to a local IFLN Member; please contact events@ifln.net to coordinate.

Please note that the hotel, Members and/or IFLN will not be able to accept collect shipments.
