IFLN One-2-One Meetings

The Foundation for Building Mutually Beneficial Relationships

IFLN introduced the new Registration & Scheduler “Meeting Host Platform” (MHP) at the 2023 Conference in Bangkok and went through additional upgrades for the 2024 Conference. We will further expand on the MHP mobile app to make your conference experience as smooth as possible.

PARTICIPATING IN THE ONE-2-ONE MEETINGS

The IFLN Conference One-2-One Meetings allow you to meet face-to-face with your counterparts from any Member, leading solution and service providers from around the globe — to address the following topics, among others:

  • Share business goals
  • Build new business relationships
  • Explore new business opportunities
  • Discuss and debate strategies with peers — knowledgeable experts in their field
  • Build a presence in new markets
  • Discuss current business challenges
  • Discuss strategies to strengthen existing partnerships
  • Solve pending or pressing issues

PREPARING FOR THE ONE-2-ONE MEETINGS

The IFLN One-2-One Meetings are allotted 15 minutes by default for each meeting, with an additional 5 minutes to “move & mingle” before your next One-2-One meeting. You can change your meeting time manually to 30 minutes. The Meeting Host Platform Scheduler also allows for one meeting with up to 4 participants (booked through the 3:1 meeting)
Between the One-2-One meetings and Social Networking Lounges, you’ll have plenty of available time slots for meeting with your fellow partners. To maximize your networking ability at the conference, schedule all possible meetings for each representative of your company in attendance.

Capitalize on the benefits of this unique networking opportunity; we recommend to actively promote your company and services before the conference.

Signing up early secures your time slots and leaves the limited one-2-one meeting time to share business goals, explore new business opportunities, build a presence to new markets and discuss strategies to strengthen existing partnerships.

MEETING ATTENDANCE PROTOCOL

All attendees are expected to be respectful of each other’s time, so you should be prepared and on time for each pre-scheduled meetings.

If you can’t be present for a pre-scheduled meeting, you are required to notify the person you were scheduled to meet prior to your appointment time. It’s especially important to notify if a delegate will meet on your behalf, or if the meeting needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are suddenly unavailable for an unexpected reason, notify an IFLN representative of your absence immediately.

All meeting attendees are expected to observe the conference dress code and maintain proper business behavior. For clarification on proper business behavior, please visit the Policies & Must-Knows page.
